ORDERS & CHANGES

How can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at laurnsgs@outlook.com within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the package has already left our facility, we cannot retrieve or redirect it, and you will need to contact the local postal carrier once it arrives in your country.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
We ship globally to serve fashion enthusiasts worldwide. Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process. Delivery to the United States generally takes 7–12 business days, while worldwide shipping takes approximately 10–15 business days.

How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email automatically. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
LAURNS is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your package by your destination country. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

How do I know which size to choose?
Detailed measurements are provided on our Size Guide page and on each individual product page. We provide measurements in both inches and centimeters to help you find the perfect fit. If you are between sizes or prefer an oversized look, we generally recommend sizing up.

How should I wash and care for my LAURNS garments?
To preserve the premium heavyweight fabric and protect special craftsmanship like our 3D puff prints, we highly recommend the following care instructions:
* Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors.
* Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.
* Hang dry or line dry in the shade (avoid tumble drying to prevent print damage).
* Do not iron directly over any 3D prints or textured graphics.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We hold our quality control to the highest standards. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at laurnsgs@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
